When you use our Service and choose to sign in using your Google account, we may collect the following information:
- Personal Information: Your name and email address as provided by your Google account to create and manage your profile.
- Google OAuth Credentials: Access tokens, refresh tokens, and the identifier of the Google Sheets file connected to Dompet Pintar so we can keep your sync active on your behalf.
- Google Sheets Data: With your explicit permission, our application writes transaction records to the spreadsheet file you create with Dompet Pintar or connect to Dompet Pintar. We do not request broad access to all spreadsheets in your Drive.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect strictly to provide and improve the Service:
- To grant you access to our dashboard.
- To create or connect one spreadsheet file for Dompet Pintar and automatically synchronize your financial records to that file.
- We do not use your Google Sheets data for advertising, nor do we sell or share this data with any third parties.
3. Google API Services User Data Policy
Dompet Pintar's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
4. Data Protection Mechanisms
- Encryption in transit: Data sent between your browser, Google, and our servers is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS.
- Server-side storage only: Google access tokens and refresh tokens are stored on our server-side database and are used only by our backend services for the sync actions you request.
- Restricted access: We limit Google file access to the file created with Dompet Pintar or the file you explicitly connect to Dompet Pintar, using the narrower
drive.file scope. - Access controls: Protected application routes require an authenticated session, and sensitive server-side operations use access-controlled backend credentials.
5. Data Retention and Deletion
- Retention while your account is active: We keep your basic profile information and connected Google sync credentials only for as long as your Dompet Pintar account remains active and the Google Sheets sync feature is enabled.
- Deletion when you remove your account: If you delete your Dompet Pintar account, the associated profile record and stored Google sync credentials are deleted from our database together with your account data.
- Revoking Google access: You can stop future access at any time by removing Dompet Pintar from your Google account permissions at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
- Your spreadsheet file stays in your Google Drive: Data already written into your spreadsheet remains in your Google Drive until you edit or delete that file yourself.
